A microchip is a special tool which allows a pet owner to be reunited with his/her pet if they are lost.

About the Microchipping Procedure

Dog and cat microchipping is a simple procedure. A veterinarian simply injects a microchip for pets, about the size of a grain of rice (12mm), beneath the surface of your pet's skin between the shoulder blades. The process is similar to an injection and takes only a few seconds. No anesthetic is required.

Here at Valley Ranch we use exclusively HomeAgain microchipping services.

Been taking my 2 dogs and 1 cat here for a couple years now. The vets and staff are always very nice, and helpful. Just recently my little chi mix was attacked by another dog,and needed surgery. Valley Ranch Animal Hospital was beyond compassionate and even called me throughout the day for updates on how by fur baby was doing. Can't say enough great things about this place.
